COVID-19 - What about medical insurance?

The current crisis is impacting millions of hardworking and responsible Americans who suddenlyfind themselves in a financial crunch they could never have imagined only a few months ago.

Medical insurance is a must for you and your children. If you work for a company with at least20 or more employees, you may be able to continue your group health insurance through COBRA for up to 18 months. The premiums can be a lot higher than what you paid as anemployee; contact the benefits department of your previous employer to get the facts on thecost and the process for making the switch. 

Low cost health care may be available to you through Covered California.
